Sunday Sessions focus on working with driven and passionate people of the industry. A pair (food + drink) come together for one night, and make a slice of their vision for a restaurant come to life.

We're back! After a little break to enjoy some summer sun we have returned with a great duo to kick off the autumn season. Edoardo Pellicano of Portland will join Jackson Boxer in the kicthen and Alex Casey of Sager & Wilde Restaurant will take to the floor with Natalia RibbeSunday 25th September at Brunswick House. Tickets are £30 and include a drink on arrival, dinner and wine. Please arrive at Brunswick House from 6.30pm for snacks and drinks, before getting seated around 7pm.

Having previously worked at Chiltern Firehouse and Viajante under the wing of chef Nuno Mendes, Eddie has unparalleled experience in some of the world’s most inspiring restaurants, that also includes time spent at Noma and Locanda Locatelli. In January 2015 he joined Portland as sous-chef and is now Head Chef, working collaboratively with the team to craft dishes that are innovative and relevant. Eddie is a curious and imaginative chef, who has honed his own European-influenced style and we are so looking forward to the menu he has created. Eddie asked Alex, Manager of Sager + Wilde Restaurant to join him on this Session and Alex has carefully selected an intricate mix of wine and cocktails to compliment Eddie's menu, even incorporating some of Sager + Wilde's own wine.
