We are back at Brunswick House for another debauched night of food and fun. This time with their former Junior Sous Chef, Drew Snaith at the helm. Drew has worked or performed a stage in just about every kitchen including, Le Manoir Aux'Quat Saisons, Alinea and Restaurant Sat Bains. Much like our last guest chef, Drew is leaving London to continue his culinary education, so we thought we'd get him on board before losing him to the continent.
Max Chater is overseeing our cocktail for the night, but rather then welcome you with an aperitif he's going to match a drink with one of Drew's dishes. Max has worked at some of our favourite watering holes, including Whistling Shop and BUMP Caves.
For a little bit of fun and bonding, Jackson Boxer and yours truly (Natalia Ribbe) will be selecting the wine.
